Quick Hems at Oxleyvale
Privacy & Cookies Notice
Last updated: 24 August 2026
What information is collected
If you contact Quick Hems through the website, information you choose to provide may include your name, email address, phone number, service request, message and any garment photos you upload.
Why it is collected
Your information is used to understand your request, provide or discuss a quote, arrange drop-off or collection, respond to questions and keep reasonable records relating to the requested service.
Photos and file uploads
Please upload only images needed to assess the garment or alteration. Avoid including faces, addresses, identification documents, children or other unnecessary personal information in photos.
How website enquiries are processed
The website enquiry form uses FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, to send form contents and uploaded files to the Quick Hems email inbox. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its submission archive for up to 30 days and that uploaded files are not retained in that archive. Its own services and privacy practices apply while it processes the form.
After delivery, enquiries may remain in the Quick Hems Gmail inbox for as long as reasonably required to manage the enquiry, service, records or disputes. You can request deletion of information that is no longer reasonably required, subject to any record-keeping or legal reason for retaining it.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small preference in your browser so the cookie notice is not shown every time you visit. This preference stays on your device until you clear site data. Third-party services you reach through links or form submission may use their own cookies or browser technologies under their own policies.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to operate the enquiry service, obtain technical support, comply with law, resolve a dispute or protect legitimate rights. Website form information is processed by FormSubmit and delivered through email services.
Security
Reasonable steps are taken to limit unnecessary collection and access. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not send sensitive information that is not needed for the alteration enquiry.
Your choices
You may contact Quick Hems to ask what personal information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion where retention is no longer reasonably necessary.
